South Korea’s DAPA is threatening to blacklist Eurocopter. The company, says DAPA, is refusing to close an offset agreement for a follow-through purchase under the KHDP. A senior DAPA source told CTO: “We are so upset with them we are taking steps to possibly bar them from all arms procurement.”
