South Africa: “Bogus multiplier” drags Agusta Westland into new offset scandal
South Africa’s Priority Crime Investigation unit (the Hawks) has opened an investigation into a new $74m arms deal scandal in which an "extraordinarily high multiplier" was allegedly used by the DTI to credit Agusta Westland Helicopters.
