CTO Website

Two positions are available to advertisers across CTO's website: a horizontal banner ad and a square ad placed in the sidebar. Each position requires a six month minimum placement.

Email Bulletin

Each month, CTO issues two email bulletins containing offset-related news and headlines to its subscriber and prospect lists of offset and countertrade officials. QB, our quarterly sister publication, issues a bulletin every three months. A single advertising slot is available in all our regular mailings.
